Staff at Brownlee Primary School can only administer medication to pupils if the AM2 or an AM3 form has been completed and returned to the school.
The AM2 form is for short-term medication such as an antibiotic, antihistamine, cough medicine or pain relief medication.
The AM3 form is for long-term medication such as asthma inhalers.

Administering Medicines AM2 Form
Parents must complete this form and return it to school before any medication can be given to children. This includes all over the counter products as well as prescription medication.
