Staff at Brownlee Primary School can only administer medication to pupils if the AM2  or an AM3 form has been completed and returned to the school.

The AM2 form is for short-term medication such as an antibiotic, antihistamine, cough medicine or pain relief medication. 

The AM3 form is for long-term medication such as asthma inhalers.

Also below is a copy of the school's Administering Medicines Policy. 

Administering Medicines AM2 Form Parents must complete this form and return it to school before any medication can be given to children. This includes all over the counter products as well as prescription medication. 26.9 KB
Administering Medicines AM3 Form This form is to be completed by parents of pupils who have to regularly bring medication to school e.g. children with asthma inhalers. 30 KB
